AML Analyst – STR Team – Level 1 and Level 2

Our Outsourced Compliance Team, which focuses on outsourced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions is looking for ambitious analysts who have a keen eye for patterns, have watched the entire Ozark series, can handle multiple projects at once, and can contribute to our growth.

The AML Shop is presently recruiting for Level 1 and Level 2 positions. These positions require demonstrated practical experience, strong analytical skills, excellent organizational skills, time management and an attention to detail. Previous experience with financial crime administration is a must.

 Job Summary

Under the direction of a senior advisor, the Policy and Program Writer will be responsible for the documentation of various sections of AML and RPAA manuals and risk assessments based on information received from the client. The Policy and Program Writer will also be responsible for ensuring that any AML and RPAA manuals or risk assessments submitted for presentation are properly formatted, are consistent and meet the overall standards for client product delivery.

The AML Shop is a fully remote working environment.

Term:  12-month maternity leave contract

Anticipated start date: January 2, 2026

Salary/ Rate: $60,000-80,000 per year ($30-41 per hour)
